The sessions take place in a private owned (half) outdoor gym, surrounded by nature.
Is there a car parking nearby?
As the gyms sits on private property, we have our own parking spaces.
What are your opening hours / availability?
Once you decide to join for Personal Training, you can book your own time slots.
Do you coach in English / Dutch / Spanish?
Our Personal Training is native Dutch, but also speaks English fluent. His Spanish level is B1+ and would like to expand that skill.
Can I book a trial session?
Unfortunately, we do not work with trial sessions. The first step of the process is an intake where we discuss your goals and needs in person.
Do you offer duo training or small group training?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Duo or Small Group Sessions. We really want to keep it personal.
Can I train short-term (e.g., 1–2 weeks while visiting Ibiza)?
Yes, you can train short-term. You can even book a one-off, just to keep you going while on vacation.
How many sessions per week do you recommend?
For real consistent results, we recommend training 2 times a week, with sessions of 50 minutes per session.
